Join Persia Juliet is this new Yin Workshop exploring all Five Elements.
This is a customised sequence targeting specific meridians to highlight each element. The generating cycle is also know as the nourishing cycle and is a welcoming practice for all levels and all ages.
What makes this practice unique is you'll receive a journalling sheet asking reflective questions for each element. This will also include body tapping, exploring organ sounds, colour mediation and more.
