Studies in Vinyasa yoga, Tantra, Rebirthing Breathwork, Bhakti, Yin Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, Ayurveda and Massage have all allowed Sarah to achieve a wealth of wisdom which helps her deepen students' connection to themselves (and their self-healing).
Sarah loves to intentionally create a soulful Bhāvanā & meaningful sequence that prepares the body physically, energetically & mentally.
We may move towards deep, expansive poses in a safe & intelligent way or cater to an energetic feeling or mood. Incorporating the many facets of yoga, Sarah uses music, mantra, theming, philosophy & props, in an authentic way to switch on the brain as well as the body to challenge students to connect and drop in.
As a hands-on teacher, you will find Sarah walking around offering verbal and hands-on adjustments.
