’m a certified sound healer and have a bachelor’s degree in Music Performance from the University of Michigan. I studied flute under Amy Porter and have played in various orchestras and ensembles in the USA and Europe. I also sing soprano, play piano, pipe organ, harmonium, guitar and many other sound healing instruments. After a career in classical performance, directing choirs, recording and teaching music, my passion has turned towards wellness and sharing the science of how solfeggio frequencies, binaural beats, hypnotic rhythms, chanting and various timbres can heal the body and mind.

I'm also a certified breathwork facilitator, meditation and yoga teacher, and enjoy blending these modalities together to create deep healing.
