Since moving to Australia in 2012 Emily has immersed herself in yoga alongside studies in massage, breathwork and vedic meditation, all complimenting and assisting her yoga teaching journey both on and off the mat. Starting her career as a professional dancer in London, Emily performed internationally before settling in Sydney to further her yoga and fitness education. Having recently birthed her baby girl, Emily is passionate about all things birth and motherhood, and is currently studying to be a doula. She is also a PT and pilates instructor exploring how we can train and utilise our body most effectively. With a passion for graceful, mindful movement, Emily will invite you to meet any challenges with a sense of ease connecting you to your fullest potential.
