WHO IS IT FOR?
New to handstands? Learn tricks and techniques for balancing safely and with confidence – away from the wall. Build the strength and stability you need to catch and hold the pose.
Already handstanding? Explore techniques for getting into your handstand, such as the tuck, straddle, and press. Learn how to progress to the one minute hold and poses like scorpion, tiktok and hollow back.
WHAT IS INVOLVED?
Tailored Classes: Christian and Noelle’s classes in May 2024 will all focus on the elements that support your handstand practice.
Weekend Workshops: Four weekend workshops from 10.30am-12pm Saturdays will help you to set goals, track your progression, and receive support and encouragement from the Rare community.
