come flow with us

Our studio has everything you’ll need for the class

Our Surry Hills studio is fully equipped — we’ve got mats, bolsters, blocks, and straps ready for every class. Just bring yourself! There’s a filtered water station if you’d like to fill your bottle. Classes are non-heated, but if you tend to work up a sweat, bringing a towel is a good idea.

Mats
Your foundation for every class. Mats provide cushioning, stability, and grip so you can move safely and comfortably through each pose.
Blocks
A versatile support tool that helps you find better alignment and balance. Use blocks to bring the floor closer to you or to deepen stretches with control.
Bolsters
Soft, supportive cushions designed to help you relax and release tension. Perfect for restorative poses, seated postures, or adding comfort during meditation.
Straps
A simple but powerful prop that assists with flexibility and alignment. Straps help you reach comfortably in poses where your hands don’t meet and allow a gentle, steady stretch.

Weekends are easier to find parking. Weekdays have a reasonable turnover of spaces.

Arrival

Please arrive a few minutes early, as classes start right on time. We don’t have front desk staff, so if you arrive too early and find the door closed, it just means a class is in progress — you’re welcome to wait in the small seating area outside. Late arrivals won’t be able to join once the door is locked, so best to be punctual. If it’s your first visit, let the teacher know when you arrive — they’ll introduce themselves, give you a quick tour, and keep an eye out for you during class. Our community is warm and ego-free, so don’t be shy to say hello. No phones in the class — please leave them in the change area.

What to bring

Just bring yourself, an open mind, and comfortable clothing for movement. If you know you tend to get sweaty, a towel is a good idea. We have filtered water available, so bring a bottle to refill.

Facilities

Our studio has everything you need — yoga mats, props, and a calm, light-filled space. There’s a filtered water station, change area, and a welcoming environment to help you feel relaxed and ready to flow. Please note we have two toilets that also serve as change rooms, but no showers.
