Our Mums & Bubs class provides a nourishing time designed specifically for mums and their little ones in the heart of Bondi. Run by Emily Rogers, a mother, yoga teacher and movement coach specialising in pre and postpartum movement. Emily is also a birth and postpartum doula, passionate about supporting the huge transition into Matrescence (becoming a mother). This class offers a peaceful space for new mothers (or mother again!) to bond with their babies while strengthening, moving and breathing to help rejuvenate the healing body and calm a very active nervous system….something every mum needs! Through beginner-friendly yoga classes, you’ll engage in restorative poses, breathwork, and light movement that promote relaxation, strength, and well-being.
More than just yoga, this is about coming together to build a supportive community of like-minded mothers. It’s an opportunity to connect, share experiences, and find your tribe – a circle of mums who understand and support each other through this incredible journey.
