Chill Flow

Chill Flow has a chilled vibe. The lights will be down, the music will be calm, and the movements will be slow and gentle. In this class, you will experience slow movements and gentle holds. Nothing in this class should require significant muscular effort. Designed to relax and rejuvenate, you'll leave feeling calm, steady, and centred.

Who is it for? All are welcome, a good entry level class. Chill classes are the perfect complement to more vigorous practices like running, strength training and cycling.

Flow X

Flow X is yoga –evolved. Christian draws from a variety of movement practices to craft a strong, functional and feel-good class. Think great energy, sharp instruction, and next-level music.

Super Chill

Rare Super Chill is the ultimate Yin Yoga experience. Class explores calming breath work, restorative, long-hold stretches and NSDR (non-sleep, deep rest) aka Yoga Nidra. The gentle slow pace lowers the resting heart rate and allows the shift into the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest) – helping to de-stress, reduce anxiety and recover from physical activity.

Who is it for? The perfect practice for relaxation and recovery, whether you’ve had a big day at work, been training hard, or need time to chill.

Hello Handstand

Join us for an energising and empowering 1-hour Handstand Class at R.A.R.E Yoga Studio, designed for all levels—from beginners curious about inversions to seasoned practitioners refining their skills working towards the 1 minute hold. Led by our talented rotating team of experienced instructors, each session brings a fresh perspective, unique teaching style, and personalised guidance to help you build strength, confidence, and balance.

In this dynamic class, you’ll explore the foundations of handstands, including proper alignment, core engagement, and safe entry/exit techniques. Through warm-ups, drills, and progressions, you’ll develop the tools to work toward a steady, controlled handstand.

The Upside Down is a 60-minute inversion class for anyone who wants extra time and support to get comfortable upside down.

Unlike a standard flow class, this is where you get the space to practice, ask questions, and get specific, individual help—so you can actually work on what you need. It’s a low-pressure, playful environment where you can build confidence, try things, and put in the extra work that inversions require.

Beginner-friendly and fully scalable: whether you’re getting your first experience upside down or refining stronger shapes and transitions, you’ll leave with more clarity, more confidence, and more reps.
