What is Uddiyana Bandha and how do you use this abdominal lock to lift Prana?
In this workshop we will explore twisting postures and key inversions that naturally enhance this bandha, toning the abdominal wall and stimulating digestion. Joan will introduce the vayus, and explain how Prana is processed and lifted between the inhale and the exhale, leaving us feeling transformed. Practice will close with breathing exercises to quiet and soothe your system.
